Cherish your vision; cherish your ideals; cherish the music that stirs in your heart. the beauty that forms in your mind, the loveliness that drapes your purest thoughts . If you remain pure to them , your world will last be built
Do you get moody? Of course you do. Have you experinced days where everything runs smoothly and couldn't be finer? Do you have days where you would like to snuggle under the duvet and hide from the world? Do other people's moods bring you down? 'who we are is much more than our circumstances. We move with the tides of events, some controllable, others not. But who we are is much more unchanging than that.
'Your action can contol your thoughts... and your mood.' In other words, 'If you act happy, you will feel happy... if you act enthusiatic, you will feel enthusiastic...if you act healthy you will feel healthy.'
You can master your emotions by applying this inspirational lesson taken from Raymond 'wayu Chiwayula's song, dziko ndalirephera: 'The tides advance; the tides recede. Winter goes and summer comes. Summer wanes and cold increases. The sun rises; the sun sets. The moon is full; the moon is black. The birds arrive; the birds depart. Flowers bloom; flowerfade. Seeds are sown; harvest are reaped. All nature is a cicle of moods. You are part of the nature and so, like the tides, your moods will rise and your moods will fall.
Is it one of nature's little understood tricks, that each day I awake with moods that have changed from yesterday. Yesterday'sjoy may become today's sadness; yet today's sadness may grow into tommorrows joy. Inside me is a wheel, constantlyturning turning from exultation to depression, from Happiness to melancholy.
